A shuttle service has been organized for XP2001 participants in connection with their flights.
The shuttle ticket may be purchased on-board (Lit. 50,000 one-way per person).
On Saturday, May 19, there will be a hostess reception service at Cagliari Airport all the day.
The other days, an hostess will take incoming persons to the shuttle in connection with their flights.
In these days, to take advantage of the shuttle, XP2001 participants must have communicated the arrival time
of their flight.
The shuttle service is operated by Focus srl., phone: 070 684288, 0348 2866419.
A new demo will be given by Jens Uwe Pipka, Daedalos Consulting, in the Demo Sessions.

During the Conference (on Tuesday and Wednesday), there will be a room available for "Birds-of-a-Feather" (BOF) sessions, from 9am to 7pm.
BOF sessions are informal gatherings of people who are interested in talking over issues on the same topic.
The forms to book the room and announce the BOF session will be available at the reception desk.

The workshops are a unique chance to exchange experiences and opinions with
other people, to coordinate efforts and to establish collective plans of
action.
To enroll in a Workshop, provide a short position paper, and send it to the Workshop organizers.
Specific instructions can be reached by clicking on the Workshop title in
the schedule.
