DescriptionThis is the specification of a warehouse used in the book . Hubert Baumeister and Didier Bert. Algebraic specification in CASL. In Marc Frappier and Henri Habrias, editors, Software specification Methods: An Overview Using a Case Study, chapter 15. ISTE Publishing Company, April 2006, as a case study to compare different specification methods. It is a revised version of the same chapter appeared in Software Specification Methods: An Overview Using a Case Study", eds. M. Frappier, H. Habrias, Springer 2000.The specification has two parts; the goal of the first part is to invoice orders by first checking if the product is on stock and in this case setting the status of the order to be invoiced and removing the appropriate amount of that product from the stock. The goal of the second part is to model a warehouse which deals with orders for products and allows to supply the warehouse with new items of a product. The specification tries to give an overview over all features of CASL; in particular, it contains an example of the use of architectural specifications. The original specification has been successfully parsed with CATS 0.5 alpha and the revised specification with hets v0.66.
