Enrofloxacin treatments of pigs

Key words:   Two-sample completely randomized, Randomized Blocks, repeated measurements.

Description

The effect on pigs of the antibiotics enrofloxacin may depend on the way the treatment is carried out. One group of 6 pigs was given an injection (IM) and another group of six pigs was treated via the feed (2.5 mg/body weight). Two hours after the treatment the pigs were slaughtered and the concentration of enrofloxacin was determined on 5 different locations in the intestine.
